I think they're not giving us tickets within the first ten rows so we can't storm the field. I have seats in the 20th row and I bought my tickets within the first hour. We better have it GA, I want to be in the front singing loud and proud for Poku & Co.

Anyone know where we are drinking after? <y suggestions are TR's in Williston Park or The Black Sheep in Mineola. At least for those of us that escape the dragnet after the pitch invasion.
The bracket on open cup.us doesn't even have our logo. On the bright side it has the old Orlando City one.

What on earth is going on? I come here and see things about a pitch invasion if we win?! What is this Hofostra anyway? And why doesn't anyone think we're gonna take this game seriously? I'm so confused.

Because its a midweek match and we have a game 3 days later. MLS generally don't take the US Open cup seriously, they send out b sides for the matches.
Not to mention our previous match is 4 days prior. That's why I'd be surprised if there isn't more 3rd team players than 2nd team on the field that night. Hell, I'm not even so sure Kreis shows up.

Well seeing as we aren't taking our MLS season very serious ... or at least not winning ... let's win this one - all the stars go team go!
This lineup is not horribly worse than the one we trot out every week in MLS:

Thats assuming Mix plays since he'll just be back from intl duty, and swap a few guys in or out depending on if Kreis has an epiphany and starts playing TMac and Poku on the first team. Obviously no Villa, but that team should be favored to beat an NASL side with a 40 year old Raul.

big props to them, up until this year they were the only source of all things US open cup, even history and old photos great site I really hope they dont die out now that there is an official US open cup twitter and site from the USSF.
