Next morning regret should not be any reason to conveniently forget the promises made. You even said you'd probably try to back out:
I'm sure I am going to wake up tomorrow and wonder why I have so many empty bottles and have a bunch of people telling me I made them promises. Whatever happens, don't let me back out of them - it's a bad habit I've gotten in to and I really want to keep my promises, especially the one I made to Jay about guaranteeing Pirlo at his kid's birthday. Seriously, I'll probably tell everybody I don't remember sending any of the messages, but you have to promise to hold me to them because even if the booze is what's talking, I have to hold up my end of the promise. And I hope you are hungry that first game, because if it's cold, those cheese steaks will hit the spot so try to eat two or three. Also, remind me to chase my morning Advil with coffee. Thanks, JGL
