I've made the tough decision that we should try to sign Rossi.
OGS doing him a favor to help showcase himself. Former teammates, I believe.
Yes. I said it was tough. It's not like knee injuries reoccur often.
but wasnt he always never consistent with playing time because he kept getting a knock here and there. so he didnt really form a rhythm
This season is going to be a disaster. Our defense will be ok, our midfield will have zero depth, and our offense will be headless.
Lol if the team doesn’t make some moves to even attempt to construct a roster it definitely will be a fucking disaster.
Our roster as it stands, is not that bad. Sure we need a couple pieces, but the outlook on here is much gloomier than it should be.
Every time I come onto the forum and go to "new posts" and I see one of the player threads has something in it, my heart always jumps that it's "X PLAYER IS ALSO LEAVING"
We've only had 4 players who had scored 10+ goals. David Villa has done it in all four seasons, he was the leading goalscorer by at least +3 in all seasons.
Otherwise Frank Lampard (12, 2016); Jack Harrison (10, 2017); Ismael-Tajouri-Shradi (11, 2018). You can't win without scoring goals. I don't think Tajouri-Shradi, Berget, Castellanos, Lewis, Moralez will make up Villa's loss.
I do think that without Villa goals will still come from somewhere. There waws that period during this season where we were playing pretty well without Villa, so maybe the team took that into account when thinking about who to sign this offseason.
Yes. The lack of NYCFC signings is equivalent to the lack of NYCFC exits. Berget, Saad Abdul-Salaam, etc.
If they really do mostly stand pat, I can't help but stand in awe at the sheer ballsiness of it. Reyna and Torrent just own this now. Hell, they even retroactively bought last season's collapse.
Did you defend Dome by saying he needed an opportunity to overhaul the roster between seasons? Dome says thanks, and
