Starting at 5:00, you can see the Harrison tackle in the box. From this angle it's 100% a penalty for NYCFC. Penalty decisions are reviewable. Why didn't the ref at this? Bullshit.

God that call was so bad. Not only not to call a PK but then to call the foul on Harrison.
