Yeah, City don't need to win at Stamford Bridge, but they need a result. 5 points City can manage with a lot of season left and Chelsea having to juggle more and more fixtures with their rotation issues. 8 though is a tough ask, especially as City still have a number of unpleasant fixtures (and points to likely drop themselves) left on their schedule.

Rotation issues? Have we been watching the same team? If anything Chelsea's bench is one of the deeper ones in the league, my issue with Jose this year has been rather lack of rotation, emphasized by the Newcastle and Spurs games where many key players looked tired.

Rotation is definitely not the issue for the team, but the schedule is tight and to be fair, I'd be happy to give up the domestic cups for a league title and a CL Final appearance.

yes, please keep this on topic. Other League section serves teams from leagues outside of MLS.

If we win the MLS Cup, where will the trophy be held? I'm pretty sure it's going to be taking a loan to Manchester or Abu Dhabi.

Right - where the hell has Schurrle been recently? The fact that the guy can't get minutes for Chelsea but was a key sub for the World Cup winners is odd.

Right - sorry, Dan!

Sorry for going off topic, I'll make my last stand on this and then move on to the right thread.

Your original post stated that it's going to be hard for Chelsea to juggle between fixtures making it more realistic for City to catch up, and now you say that we have a Super Sub on our roster that we haven't even used to be on top in the end of January.

I agree with you that Schürrle should be getting more minutes, but my argument was made against your original post which stated that we don't have enough manpower to last the whole season, which is not true emhpasized by your own facts that we have players like Scürrle and Salah who are fantastic footballers to use from the bench.

I thought that Schurrle was being sold? Wasn't that the scuttlebutt?

Back to Frank, he hasn't looked so Super the past few weeks...

Sir, I think you may be getting me confused with someone else. I made no such argument - in fact, I've been a Chelsea fan from the first minute I watched a ball kicked. I think they've got plenty of depth to win it.
