General MLS Discussion

What I understand from this: basically no difference
I'd like to know more, especially how many in each third. But I expect the middle and right success rate compared to the left is a significant figure. It's enough that if I were a striker, keeper or coach I would want to get the full data, and probably make some adjustments.
ETA: Honestly if most teams don't have more fine-tuned zonal data than this I'm disappointed.

I think by "took a shot off a drink tray" i think they meant he drank it like many people say "wanna take a shot?". not clear but I think that's what is meant. otherwise, why would anybody have a problem with him taking a shot off a tray to give to someone else who drinks it?

philly continuing to steamroll their opponents. since when did philly become such a dangerous attacking team?

They actually have attackers with decent movement and passing this season. It will be interesting to see come playoff time if Curtains embraces their new scoring ability and sticks with or falls back on his old park the bus approach.

i know they added carranza. i guess he's made a big difference. i know gazdag has become a superstar for them this year too.

i think philly's advantage this year is they do not seem to have had any injury woes. consistent roster, young talent who are producing, and in general, playing every game like its their last, has resulted in a good season for them.

still don't like them or their fans and i'm philly born! LOL.

I think dumping Przybylko helped a lot too, he was so static in his play, just stood in the middle waiting for a cross or a rebound. In addition to Carranza their new DP Uhre started a bit slow but is playing well for them too now that he's settled in. They essentially went from a lumbering target forward that did nothing to make anyone around him better to an attacking trio of Carranza, Uhre, and Gazdag who all play off each other to form a much more dynamic attack.

forgot about him. yea. their attack is much more dynamic and the way they aggressively press/counter press, it's no wonder they are burying teams.
