I like to imagine that for the past 5 years your daily routine has been to wake up, kiss your wife, pat your boys on the head, and check the NY Post for NYCFC stories, and that last bit is just now finally paying off.We have become the daily news in the Post

this series will come down to if Gignac is motivated or not. we all know his skill but its more like if he feels like showing it,
Sources are telling me that RBA will be announced today. on top of that drums, flags, banners, later start time (8 pm), a supporters section (not the south ward) have been approved.
i have a feeling there will be more Tigres fans than NYCFC fans at the game by a lotThe way Callens is playing - we can go goal for goal. no prob.
Yea - this seemed likely last week and even more likely after the game on Wed. Field reconstruction at YS pretty much killed any first leg home game for us there and we already knew Citi was not available. Also read in Crooks's article at prosoccer that hosting the semifinals and quarters at YS would also be impossible due to a conflict with the yankees. Not sure if Crooks already did the scheduling math and knew which leg we'd be hosting and when, but if true, that sucks. But if the Yankees are in town, that means Citi should be available.
I'm excited for this game and hope the fans show up. 6pm was too early and i'm sure for many 8pm will be too late to head to NJ due to family and job obligations/concerns. But I hope everyone does their best to make it and to bring the noise. No clue what the tigres fanbase is like here, but i was shocked at how many san carlos fans were at the game on wednesday. We did a decent job at making noise on wed with the less than 3000 fans who were there, but i'd really love to see us break 15k, which would make RBA pretty damn loud.
Might as well announce that all STH will continue to get free tix to all cup games.Sources are telling me that RBA will be announced today. on top of that drums, flags, banners, later start time (8 pm), a supporters section (not the south ward) have been approved.

Regarding the semi-finals. If we advance, it seems likely that we would host the 2nd leg, which is April 14-16. The Yankees have a home game on April 17, which means Yankee Stadium would only be available on Tuesday, April 14. NYCFC also host Chicago at Yankee Stadium on Sunday, April 12.
If it turns out we host the first leg, Yankee Stadium is fully conflicted.
That's how much the squads were bought for or how much they think their worth? If it's the latter can't really imagine we're only half LA or Atlanta.
It would be funny if we made a run all the way to the finals playing at RBAIt was mentioned in Glenn's article yesterday that YS won't be available for the semifinals or finals.
guess that means the end of the "boycott" by the supporter groupsdrums, flags, banners,
