I hear of NYCFC interns lurking here.

Ive been to some events throughout the city without NYCFC presence.

Went to Govs Ball and discussed with another person who had nycfc jersey on that the team should be on top here marketing either with keychains or shirts or free rain ponchos.

I went to see Rooney aswell and some kids three a nj redbull shirt.

Im going to see Last Shadow Puppets maybe an NYCFC can buy an intern ticket to throw some shirts or heck ill do it.

Anyways end of story can NYCFC go to these festivals and concerts and give out free shit

I think large scale festivals like Gov Ball and Panorama would be a good marketing spots. Only conceivable downside is that not everyone attending is from the city to turn into a season ticket holder.

Even better..... as the most hated team in the country, WE want to steal everybody as our fans.... prove to the league that we ARE the MLS Flagship team and not that primadonna organization over in the City of Angels.

Let our shirt become popular around the world. Let us be the only MLS team that sells the most gear abroad.

Regarding earlier about season ticket holders, yee they might not become it, but they might go to a game or 2. Most might be kids from College that might come work in NYC after graduation or just go here for college. Get them hooked

I was in city on Wednesday downtown and there was a random NYCFC PK game setup with an inflatable goal. I did the sign up and realized it was a cobrand with Ford. Essentially they were there to get my email address for Ford. My guess is that for NYCFC to show up at these events they probably feel they need a cosponsor to make it worth it. At least some of the time anyway.

True. But maybe start infiltrating concerts, festivals, with free shirts...im sure in the budget.

Also i feel that we are club with connections that can probably attract a friendly game against big clubs from Europe or South America or Mexico.

Lets start getting the kids first.
