No, its not within the rules. It just merely means that the rules don't explicitly say that it's illegal.Ahhhh.... within the rules then ?

Do you actually believe the tabloids from across the pond? Last time I checked they think Rinaldo is going to Man U.

He was never a NYCFC player. I am not happy with the way this has pitted sister club against sister club. CFG needs to give all of CFGs fans answers.
So its not illegal then ?
Not a chance Manchester will let Reyna or Kreis say what they really think right now. Not a chance.
Only dickhead Pellegrini is allowed to shit talk us the day after he backstabs us...
It really is almost unthinkable that they'd pull this stunt on such a large and important market.Bro he was never our player. Him wearing the tee was an act. He was impersonating an NYCFC player.
The more I review what happened the more it seems like it's out of some poorly written teen show.
I am just concerned with the fact that they will get first choice to any of our players if they want them, any time they need them. Can we not ever get MC quality players without them being snatched away?
HE IS A FUCKING NYCFC PLAYER! HE SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH MLS AND NYCFC! HE DIDNT SIGN WITH MAN CITY!
Yeah you mean in like May when we get Lampard?I doubt you'll have a player of Man City standards for long time. If you do, of course they'll get first choice.
No, he did not. He signed contract with MCFC that was planned to expire yesterday and then NYCFC would sign him. They decided to extend that contract and he has absolutely no connection with NYCFC now.
All are welcome here but you know damn well what the other club did...so you know what to expect regarding them...Just came on after a long layoff to see what the actual reaction was to the Lampard situation and realised I'm probably not welcome here anymore even though I (and other people that also support Manchester City) had nothing to do with it.

Not nearly as many as at Blue Moon...Not sure if that is true as I am apparently one of the "Manchester morons."
And I can see why you would be frustrated with the outcome (I'm disappointed, too) but it's something any club, City or otherwise, would try to do if they could.
It is fine to be upset but I honestly think there are a lot of headscratching leaps of reason being made in the heat of the moment.

Did you know we shouldn't be angry because he was never actually on contract with NY?
Where did we ever get the idea that he was a NYCFC player...huh?

I'll keep it 100 with you guy, right now and after talking to some of the pinhead MCFC fans on twitter I rather not deal with you guys. I come here to talk NYCFC fans not you guys, you guys come here with a p.o.v looking out for your team, but forget WE ARE NOT MANCHESTER CITY FANS, AND DON'T CARE WHAT YOU WANT FOR YOUR TEAM OR THE EUROPEAN LEAGUES. We are building our own league we care about THIS team and the future of us soccer and MLS. What is good for your team especially in this case isn't good for NYC and the future of this club and the sport in this country. We have no interest in help you out we want to win and build here. If a player like Lampard and MCFC show they will screw us they aren't welcome here and never will be and you fans of the other team need to keep that in mind when come here. This is a forum for NYCFC and the fans of NYCFC. You can be here as long as you know we don't give a flying fuck about your team, league, or the American presences in Europe. We are working to surpass you not trying to join you.You have a very inclusive and entirely reasonable disposition.
