they picked the saddest looking photo they could without going too far. Giving us the 'please come see me' eyes.
Was the picture even taken this year?

It really takes the saga to an entirely different level when they send him to a bank when the rest of the team has a fan event. This truly is the situation where an employer informs an employee that he is being fired but agrees to temporarily keep him on the payroll and allow him to use a cubicle until he finds a new employer, but under no circumstances shall he be permitted to perform any substantive work.
This sounds right. Which makes you wonder just what could possibly have happened between him and PV. This can't be performance. It absolutely has to be attitude. I can't see any other way.It really takes the saga to an entirely different level when they send him to a bank when the rest of the team has a fan event. It may seem like the logical explanation but I'm not sure I buy it.... Mix has been the absolute epitome of a team player when the chips have been down, not once running his mouth or taking to the interweb. And it's because of that self-control that I find it impossible to believe it's an attitude problem. Maybe he schooled Vieira in practice and this is the prize/mark of a sore loser? Dunno, but I'll buy the book when it comes out. This sounds right. Which makes you wonder just what could possibly have happened between him and PV. This can't be performance. He seems like a chill dude. Not super ambitious. That would be compatible with a) not impressing Vieira, b) not running his mouth on the Internet. It may seem like the logical explanation but I'm not sure I buy it.... Instead of waiting until the end, Abby should start the conversation off by raising her hand and admitting she's ignorant.
Does Mix not look like he is in the middle of a Broadway dance number?
Or gesturing a message to Abby.Does Mix not look like he is in the middle of a Broadway dance number?

Obviously not liked in the locker room.Maybe if we probe Frank, he'll tell us about the unfortunate series of events related to Mix.
If Mix was definitely not coming back next year, I would have expected some type of announcement from the club by now. Do we know for sure yet if his contract is up or if he still has another year or two? I remember some unconfirmed mention of a four year contract but not sure it's official or has out clauses.
Frank's last line is interesting - respect for Mix this year?!? Considering the banishment, that sounds like a real show of solidarity, otherwise there'd be no need to sugarcoat it.
