First game I’ll get to see in person this year! My Utahn fiancée usually roots for the boys in blue but today we are a house divided. This game will be so much fun!

I'm liking our front 3 of Talles, Taty, Thiago. They're all looking dangerous and watching Talles dribble defenders is a JOY.
On to next weekend to get some revenge. I'd love to drop 4+ goals on TFC.

Did he get dispossessed on the dribble? Because his pass % was 95%. I wasn’t paying attention honestly.

I’m gonna have to take credit for the goals and the clean sheet today because I chose not to put Taty and Sean in my fantasy lineup. I actually didn’t set my team til this morning so they were the few of my top options. My superstitious self spoke up and said not this week… let all the energy go to reality not fantasy. Last season we had a little fun identifying one of our problems as being a large variance on whether we converted our chances in a given game. Some games, we converted well above Xg, some were below, and few were in the middle. We called it “lumpy goals.”
Well, the trend is continuing this season. We had 6 goals today, 4 in our home opener, and 1 in the other 4 games.
