Tuesday's FanDuel line (has NOT moved with change in venue):Monday's FanDuel line:
NYCFC -155; Draw +280; Miami +350 (most negative odds (I don't know if I'm writing that correct) matchup of Round One)
FiveThirtyEight
NYCFC 79%; Miami 21% (most favorited matchup of Round One)
Odd that moving the game to a stadium where NYCFC has had less success from the one it was originally scheduled at (as a home team) would result in the line moving more in NYCFC's favor.Tuesday's FanDuel line (has moved with change in venue):

I meant to write it has not changed. It was same line this morning. Sorry.Odd that moving the game to a stadium where NYCFC has had less success from the one it was originally scheduled at (as a home team) would result in the line moving more in NYCFC's favor.
The number of games in both venues is pretty low. That's especially true of City, which only has 6 games by my count counting the 2019 playoff. That hardly provides a meaningful basis for comparison.Odd that moving the game to a stadium where NYCFC has had less success from the one it was originally scheduled at (as a home team) would result in the line moving more in NYCFC's favor.
Absolutely. Just moreso wanted to provide a reminder that the team has done quite well at RBA as the home team and hasn't performed significantly better at Citi Field. The number of games in both venues is pretty low. Must be nice to live in a city where the downtown area is so dead it's easy to build a soccer stadium. From a Cincinnati write. Cry more.
