I can't wait to see what our version of these looks like:
Would be nice if they were dark blue with orange trim...
Lol...One thing I hate about sports is when they put a team logo on a $2 item and charge $17 for it. Now....if they designed the TI BAII with NYCFC colors and logos, I'll be on that! Not sure if this is new to all of you ... but it's pretty dope

DESKTOP CALCULATORS!!!!!
Just got my two hats that I ordered from the NYCFC Shop website- a ballcap and a winter beanie. Was surprised to see my package was shipped from "Dallas Cowboys Fulfillment Center" assuming because they're Adidas products and just ship from there. Really like both of the hats though. They fit nice.

That's just weird.
I don't get why we're seeing all this merch on these obscure stores, and none on the official NYCFC store.

But aren't there things at various other stores that aren't at the NYCFC shop? The really nice zip up a few pages back on upper90 looks like its ADIDAS NYCFC official, and there area few things on fanatics.com like the jacket. Would those not be produced by NYCFC, but rather ADIDAS, who produce apparel of NYCFC?I can pretty much guaranteed that these aren't products being produced by NYCFC. Either the company selling them has just paid a decent sum to licence the NYCFC name to put on whatever products they so choose to put it on, or they haven't even bothered to acquire the licence and are just putting the logo on without having consulted the club at all in the hope that they can cash in without being spotted. If they did buy the licence, it's possible that one of the conditions of the licence contract was that licenced products not be sold in the club shop so as to ensure they got a steady flow of traffic through their own sources.
Either way, it's not official merchandise so it's not in the club shop.

That definitely makes sense. Its the same thing I've noticed trying to buy Chelsea stuff- the USA Chelsea store, the European Chelsea store, and various other carriers of Chelsea merchandise all have different stuff, but it is all ADIDAS brand.Clothing is different, admittedly. I tend to believe that there's a lot to be told from the small print in contracts that people like us don't tend to realise, though. For instance, it may well be that Adidas have some special permission to sell new items of apparel on their own stores for x amount of weeks before the club then gets access to it (because they will make more money off NYCFC clothing that they sell themselves than stuff they pass on to NYCFC to sell) and so on.
This is the kind of thing that gets done all the time, but it's not publicised and no-one ever realises it even happens unless you are either involved in contract negotiations or you trawl through thousands of media articles and bump into the one case in ten thousand where these details come to light.
Mine arrived the day before yesterday. At first I loved it, but when I tried it on I, like you, realized it is HUGE, as in actually unwearable. I'm going to try and send it back I think. This beanie arrived yesterday. Its huge! One size does not fit most. Only purchase if you have a huge dome too.

Plus, this arrived. Awesome in person. Kind of form fitting like the authentic jerseys. Highly recommend.
Would one of you guys mind posting a picture of you wearing it? I was thinking about getting that had, but now I'm having second thoughts hahaMine arrived the day before yesterday.
