I’m sad when anyone loses a job.
But that’s horseshit on his part. It’s not the teams purpose to help you with your job. He’s a fake ass journalist with fake sources. I was shocked he got the job and I’m shocked he lasted this long. He’s an absolute joke.
Guys like Dave Martinez have struggled getting work. That’s who the Athletic should have hired. Araos was a step below NYCFCfan when they hired him.

Whatever you think of Christian, and I know a lot of people didn't like his work, it's bad for us as fans to have fewer people covering the team. Especially when he was basically the only person willing to not be a club mouthpiece.

did he really criticize though? the only thing i remember was the whole nazi people in the stands, and that was it. other articles he wrote ( that i remember) it was just regular stuff of team nothing really contrarian to FO.

I think that it largely depends on who you’re listening to. Due to the internet nowadays there’s a lot more variance in rappers. Also this generation of rap has just begun Tupac and Biggie made entire careers by their death.
I will take Tupac’s 5 best songs over the entire catalog of Drake and Lil Wayne
