I think TMac isnt on there for the same reason Johnson and Ring aren’t on there. They still play in the league.
My guess is their perimeters were:

Club legends of the game
Don’t play in the league anymore
Didn’t sexually harass anyone and have the club cover it up for them
Lampard and Pirlo were first season. With both of them there (which I personally think preposterous, but that's me), you only need Mix if you want first game, and maybe they did.

Mix scored the first goal in Club history. I know the weirdness with him was never explained and he ended up being our first real player signing "failure", but he's kind of a legendary figure for scoring our first goal.
