That’s an unrealistic take - and not how the vast majority of marketing and commercials are made. The client has a budget and shooting agenda that has to be met and can’t suffer non-professionals trying to get the scene right.
And before you retort with how do I know.... my wife is in the business on the client side.
Also, given that this is a league-wide sponsorship with a few different team deals (DC, Philly, Seattle, Chicago), they probably shot five of these and just swapped out the scarves and shirts for each take. It's not like they were chanting "Chicken Bucket!" (which would have been very cool).
