I agree, but don't remember (since we had a clean sheet this week) whether they at least show opposing goals. I think if the BTS of a 2-1 loss only showed the 1 goal we scored I would have mentally noted how weird that is.Agreed. Irks me that they only show positive-for-NYCFC parts of the game, but that's expected.
But the game stuff to me is really filler when it comes to BTS, which is really about BTS. I'm just impressed with the camera work and editing. It is very easy to make BTS boring. After you see one BTS of a particular process, industry, or artist, and you get past the "Oh, that's how they do it" wonder, they often aren't very interesting. And if these were limited to the basics: getting off the bus, walking out to warmups, waiting in the tunnel, filing into the locker room, they would be the same. The people making these capture real moments and the editor, maybe the same person(s), put them together in a way that highlights those moments among the routines that makes it worthwhile. I rarely watch 13 minute youtube videos.
