Queens Supporters

Theres nothing around aqueduct, no bars, no atmosphere. The people there probly dont even want it. Remember the demographic tgere, mostly seniors amd familues. The bronx is better

I don't know about the community not wanting a SSS there. People are already used to the traffic from the racetrack, casino and previously the flea market. Besides, no one has mentioned that the casino already has regularly scheduled shuttles from Manhattan, Brooklyn and Elmhurst to the site.

Overall the location is not perfect, but definitely acceptable. Just like some want to distance NYCFC from the Man City connection maybe we should also get some space from the Yanks.

Queens supporters!
Any ideas for a bar where we could get together to watch away games?

Born but never raised. Even after 24 years it still holds a special place in my heart.

Sunnyside born & raised. In the process of fearing I'll be kicked out soon sure to the parkslopification of late.
I still wish they'd put a stadium by Citifield. I'd have no way to get to the aquaduct location.

Hey Queens Supporters,

I haven't really found a group based in queens so I am trying to form a group of good people to watch away games in Queens especially since most NYCFC events for the supporter groups take place in the Bronx or Manhattan.

We (and by we I hope it will be more than just myself showing up ;)) will be at Austin Public in Forest Hills tomorrow for the Columbus game. I posted the details over here in the Meetup forum: http://nycfcforums.com/index.php?th...m-austin-public-forest-hills.3602/#post-98705
