maybe, but i never seen rawls....i think he got minutes in that pre season tournament that charged like 6 bucks for a crappy stream. so i dont know if upgrade or not.

Could be Saunders Replacement, think about it, we promote EJ to starter and we drop the huge cap blow from Saunders and put in this guy as the backup, or promote Rawls to backup and have him be our third.

Yeah, I saw that and was surprised too. Does anyone know what the actual logic is? I mean, he's 25 and his youth career was spent in Maryland and DC so I'm not sure what his youth links to us are.

Maybe the status is transferable? He was a Homegrown player for DC (which makes sense). Haven't found conclusive evidence re Philly.

That seems...pretty ridiculous. If you think about it, there's not much difference between that and..say...allowing one team to "sell" a historic trophy victory to another team.
