Yep! Herrera was great at dispossessing players and breaking up plays, but he wasn’t as fast reversing the flow, whereas when Ring won the ball yesterday he was already flying into the attack and the forwards all started making their runs/scattering- which seemed to confuse the defenders as to if they should step up towards Ring or go with the forward.One thing that is kind of exciting about a more advanced Ring, is his ability to turn the ball over. And perhaps we can turn it over higher up the field that will allow for some better opportunities off the counter.
