I decided to visualize our international break/transfer players vs our schedule to see when we'd have them back.

Looks like we have Johnson for USOC v Orlando. Mata for Seattle (baring a crazy upset vs Mexico). Ofori maybe for Colorado, but as early as possibly Orlando or NJ. Callens for Seattle baring an upset vs Uruguay. And GMS for Orlando as his first eligible match.
Great stuff, thanks.

Also worth thinking about the Sandman. He was tagged to be out 3-4 weeks after an injury suffered on June 6. 3 weeks would have him back this Thursday - ahead of the game against Philly. 4 weeks would have him back on July 4, one day after the Seattle game.

Of course, this assumes he doesn't become the latest with Ulysses Everett McGill problems - always two weeks from ever coming back.

Interesting. Didn't see that. Maybe between a long flight back from Ghana it was too much to expect him to play on a short turnaround.

We played DCU on the 19th, that's 9 days... Did he take a cruise ship home??

the only other explanation is that he stayed with the group for training just in case someone got injured and they needed last minute replacement. I think they make their debut today. so if anything maybe just today he is making his way back.

Ok, I revised this because now Ofori is a mystery, and I should account for Sands as well. Looks like we should have everyone by Orlando. Only missing GMS & Johnson for Seattle & Portland.

You know, I thought I saw Ofori with the team at the DC game. Looked like he was in a tracksuit having traveled with the team, but didn't play. Whoever it was was on the pitch, I think at the end. I just assumed it was either Ofori or I was being racist.

Ah... good point. I was thinking of the NC game.

the only other explanation is that he stayed with the group for training just in case someone got injured and they needed last minute replacement. I think they make their debut today. so if anything maybe just today he is making his way back.

This makes sense.

They expect James to be available this weekend. Expect the 3-4-3 to come back.

Can you provide who will be out for Philly, Seattle, and Portland (their players) on the match day threads? That would be quite helpful.
