Please refrain from posting unecessarily aggressive or comments with the sole purpose of getting a reaction from people. Or other types of comments generally associated with "trolling". These comments do nothing to aid in the natural flow of conversation and will be removed at the mods discretion.
In order to maintain a positive atmosphere, personal attacks will not be tolerated. At times discussions may become heated this does not grant license to verbally assault other users. If attacks become out of hand, moderators reserve the right to discontinue the thread.
Disparaging remarks about gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status are strictly forbidden. Moderators reserve the right to remove any offending comments on threads without warning. Repeat offenders will be banned.
Unless authorized by a user, no personal information about ANYONE should be posted. Unless the information is available to the public. Example: Posting the contact info of a city council member is public information. Whereas posting the twitter handle of a Red Bulls fan who said something about FC on another board is wildly unacceptable. In short: No doxxing.
If you are in violation of any of the noted guidelines Mods reserve the right to remove the comment as needed.
If you are a repeated offender the Mod team reserves the right to ban you from the forums. If a user's status is being a reviewed the Mod team must come to a majority vote to formally ban the user.
Moderators, under no circumstance can ever use their position for financial gain. Ever.
If you feel a moderator is abusing their "authority" please report their actions via Direct Message to any other member of the mod team.
