FWIW my rep went way above and beyond in addressing the issue, saying thank you several times and talking about the issue and how much it angered him. The key may be that he was my rep and they didn’t want to think they’d lose my business, but I got a call the same day I sent my email. I did specifically say in the email that I wasn’t sure I would be comfortable supporting a club that didn’t take this sort of thing seriously, so maybe that triggered something...Yeah totally agree with this. You can’t expect a rep to give you anything other than a pre packaged lawyer approved script.
All the power to you for raising it with your rep but if you’re really that upset about it then ask them to cancel your membership. That would garner a quicker response, I’m sure.
