What kills me is that it was obviously intentional. It's not like it was an accident. They quite purposely applied THE WRONG LETTERING and then sent it to me, in the hopes that I would just take it.

I'm assuming these jerseys are made by people who don't know what they are making. The bigger question is how are they shipped? If the shipping people don't look, or don't know to look then that's the breakdown. I feel that is a industry issue as much as a specific club issue, but either way it's overally typical and it sucks.You're right. I still haven't received my refund for a shirt they admittedly put kid letters on. Sent this email tonight to the vendor, after calling today, 2 weeks after I was promised a refund, and being informed this evening they would finally process my refund in 3-5 business days.
I also told them they needed to refund my shipping, which they were not going to do and I was told would take the same amount of time.
In response, I sent this email to Cservice@shop.nycfc.com (hammer them) and fan services.
Seriously, how many 60 day interest free loans does it take to not deliver on 3 DPs or even 2. Or even making our franchise something more than a "brand exercise".
