not to be critical" is a bit harsh. I've got my season ticket and have attended both home matches and had fantastic time in the greatest sports venue in NYC. First game was amazing, second game wasn't the best quality football but good times nonetheless. I bought a season ticket and handed over my money in exchange for good football in my city and I think I've gotten it thus far. For all the negative interactions highlighted on this forum, there are hundreds of positive ones. I understand the frustration with the merchandise side but using that to paint the entire NYC FC experience is misguided. My Mix shirt was overdue for delivery as well. I canceled the order and got a replica elsewhere. Authentic only highlight my Guinness Gut anyway, so who was I kidding? Honestly if I was as disgruntled as some on this forum, I wouldn't bother. Its sport, it's meant to be fun. If it's not, you may want to reconsider whether it warrants your efforts and money.
