My friend scouse, a bump is not useful if not adding to the conversation. If people want to discuss this topic they will find the thread on their own or start a new thread on the topic. If there is not a desire to discuss the topic the thread stays at the bottom where it can be found later. Adding a post with solely to bump the thread is unnecessary.

Your right about NYPD but thats why we should reach out to them.
AT RBA- You can drink on the march, I seen people smoke weed and seen enough flares that I started running with 1 lol
