lol dude is gonna go on massive rants every time he loses blaming everyone else. MLS will be giving him lots of fines. though he may be calmer here because he cant get away with too much shit like in liga mx. He recently got in heated argument with a ref, like face to face argument.

That was absolute BS. As much as i don't like orlando, that's not a red card and I feel so bad for Nani.

Or - this year to be the first MLS team to lift the CONCACAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE title.
My thoughts on MLS 2020 Eastern Conference:
1) It makes me happy to see Philadelphia win the SS. They deserve it and what Curtain / the Union office has built is incredible, so good for them.
2) It makes me even happier to see Columbus finishing in the top 3 of the east. After all the save the crew movement I think we were all hoping that they bounce back and show everyone why they should stay in MLS - and the leadership did an amazing job on that and we still have one of the backbones of MLS in the league.
3) I'm happy to see ATL miss the playoffs. They can finally taste the bitter feeling. "Builds character" as they say
4) For some reason seeing Nashville make the playoffs in their first season but not having any big names is nice for me. They didn't pull an LAFC, ATL, MIA route of buying the crap out of the league. They made some really smart signings and thus have stuck a place into the playoffs and the competitive side of MLS.
5) So much for a fire rebrand, eh?

we are a long way off from that.
we don't even have enough cameras in stadiums to do the offsides line draw thingy. many more cameras are needed for goal line. they should just put those target goal post cams all through the posts and crossbar so there are multiple angles.
or maybe.. just maybe... PRO could learn what "clear and obvious" means.
Regardless of "clear and obvious", there have been like 5 calls this season of "was it in?!?!?" I know it's harder bc of cameras... but still would be cool if they found a way. If they have so many fancy new stadiums, is it really that hard to set up a few cameras? I'm not sure how much goes into the cost of it. will probably take some time before MLS is rich enough to afford such tech unless they can find some other way to fund it. i figure, if they can get target to sponsor simple goal post cameras, then why not a few more along the cross bar for multiple angles? with some basic geometry and multiple camera angles of the ball and the line, it can easily be determined whether the ball fully crossed the line. this is essentially what the technology does in other leagues but with really good cameras. even if we were to implement less capable cameras, i'd be much more satisfied with that than some PRO refs making the decision based on an angled view from outside the goal.
Unfortunately the technology is too expensive for MLS at the current finances for the league.
