So maybe I'm critiquing the MLS roster rules a bit, but is there any chance if we sell him now we get 2/3 of the fee? Hear me out...
"A club shall receive two-thirds (2/3) of the corresponding transfer or loan fee revenue (including agent fees and other expenses), from any transaction involving a player that is NOT a
Homegrown Player,
Generation adidas Player, or
player acquired via the MLS
SuperDraft."
Jack is NOT a Homegrown player and has graduated from the GA program.
Now we acquired Jack via a trade with Chicago - not via the Superdraft as that is how Chicago acquired him.
Any chance here or am I just reaching?
