Mcfc Confirms Lampard Staying In Manchester For The Season

And by that you prove my point. No one topped his bid. Blame MLS if you have a problem with that.
So your point that no one else took the initiative to start a team, and no one else could have potentially started a New York team is proven by the fact that Shiek just outbid everybody else that wanted to do the same thing? Now we should let them do whatever they want because without them we wouldn't have a team? Even though many other people wanted to start a team, just were outbid by the Shiek. o_O
I don't get that logic.

Great news for all real NYCFC fans, you get rid of the petulant glory fans early on who only support the club on the back of signing 2 big players. Anyone who's willing to stop supporting their team over the loss of a player is a fan not worth having in the first place. A ground with 15,000 behind the team is better than one with 30,000 ready to pounce on any mistake, as seen at Spurs this season. Good luck in the coming season and to those worried, remember that you'll be benefitting from Manchester City's fantastic youth program and players for years to come, what's a couple of months?

Supporting a team based on two high profile players is worse than supporting a team based on a name, which you appear to be doing?

What happens to an in-form David Villa if the Aguero injury is worse than thought? After this, can you tell me with any certainty that Villa wouldn't be sent on loan to MCFC?

You fuckers are insistent, but not very bright.

It's not about the quality of Frank. It's about us just being bent over and rawdogged by a foreign ownership group. That's why people are pissed. It's insulting to us and the league.

People want to no longer support the club because the fucking owners don't even seem intent on supporting it. Capiche?

No offense, but there were 1000000x more detractors against Manchester City when the sheikh took over.

They ate shiploads of crow, and so will the NYCFC detractors. The ones who believed in 2008 were well rewarded as the sheikh promised. The ones who listened to the detractors are supporting Tottenham
Not sure why I would take offense. But please go on... Why did Manc fans eat crow? Were they treated as a red headed stepchild as NYC is being treated? I'm serious. I don't know the history. I am a native New Yorker, millenial, with a good job and had season tickets. Thought I was an ideal candidate for a fan of this club. And this move makes zero sense to me. Either you are blinded by your fandom of ManCity or you need to explain why I should stay a fan.

Meanwhile, at Blue Moon....

Don't you see? We aren't seeing the bigger picture!

Which is everything to the second team of Manchester and fuck New York....
Holy shit. Ignorant fuck. That's just one fan though. There are plenty of morons on this focum too.

You're really missing the point aren't you? It's not the loss of the player. Fuck Frank Lampard. It's what this says about our club and ownership.

Are you serious? Manchester City have not had a fit striker for the last 3 games and have already rules out signing David Villa. Anyone with a sense of perspective will know for sure that this is a one off situation in which Manchester City can actually benefit from NYC. I know I'm pissing in the wind a bit with emotions running high so soon after the announcement, but it's really not as bad as some people think.

Yep,

I really don't think Manchester realizes what they've done by this. Fans from all over the league take this as an insult to the league.

This is not just New York they've pissed off...

A member of FoF posted this on the group page:

"For me, players that enter in the middle of the season are typical fails,” Kreis said. “The chances for those players to really contribute meaningfully in a second half of a season in MLS are very, very small.”
What is FoF? And it's ovvious our FO is biting their tongues. 20-1 they are more embarrassed, humiliated and disappointed than us. Kreis is a great manager. He must feel like he's been proved the biggest rube in all of Nebraska right now. He and Reyna must be absolutely fuming.

So in other words, NYCFC knew they weren't going to get him because he was never, ever ever their player. Please Frank, just stay over there and just retire. Matthew Dunn will take your spot. Wow...

Yeah, nice tweet, wherever did we get the idea he was our guy?
