Opening Home Game Commemorative Ticket

How do you know who your rep is? I've never delt with a specific person.
They've contacted me to let me know. I think I was handed off once because at first I think it was just 1-2 guys and they expanded. It might be that they stopped reaching out proactively when STHs reached a certain number.If you want I suggest emailing the fanservices address and asking.

It is an account executive that is assigned to your season ticket account. Mine is named Kat. Previously it was David.
 
Mine said that "We'll do our best to send out a physical ticket, but things are crazy here so it may take a couple of weeks." Not optimistic I'll ever see it.
 
My rep got back to me and wrote that he will "see" if they can get something out to me. WTF, guy?

Really? My rep was a little more confident than that.

They need to pass this along to Fan Services, since they're handling it, but just didn't know the time-frame.
 
One should definitely reach out to Fan Services. Here is their response to my inquiry:

How is fan services any different than my account rep?
 
I don't know, but my account rep forwarded my inquiry to Fan Services. So I'm assuming Fan Services is the one to deal with.

Yeah so did mine. If your rep is being unhelpful just call or email fan services.
