Nothing says Queens like Aston Villa.....so much for embedding themselves with the community......Or how about Spanish/Barcelona Red + City Sky Blue:
As a Leeds fanFor primary color:
New York Red Bulls = Red (secondary dark blue and yellow)
New York City FC = Light Blue (secondary dark blue and orange)
New York Cosmos = Green (secondary dark blue and yellow)
Gold with red and white accents? Villa's spanish colors basically. Doesn't feel super "Queens" though.
Otherwise I like yellow and blue:
I like the lighter shade of yellow. It’s softer than the Crew’s.y’all keep asking for more orange from City. Why not Queens County Dynamo?

If you were a Brazil / Leeds fan you’d be rushed to the hospitalAs a Leeds fan
Primary color Leeds is white, which would be pretty distinct too.For primary color:

Worst case we just take Queens Park RangersSo this team is named Queensboro FC. There is already a youth club named Queensborough FC and is a direct competitor to the DV7 Academy in Queens. Is that legally ok?

I was hoping for Queens Park Rangers, IP issues be damned.
I'll totally get season tickets but only if it comes with a Smokey-the-Bear-style park ranger hat.Worst case we just take Queens Park Rangers
QU sounds like an insult. So it's perfect.http://www.queensboroughunitedsc.com/
They use "Queens United," "Queensborough United SC," and "QUSC."
I would say Queensboro FC and QBFC are the best bets to get through the USPTO.
The youth club also never registered with the USPTO. That doesn't mean they don't have any trademark rights, but they would have to take legal action to protect them and the USL filings should sail thru.
Queens Asphalt Rangers?QU sounds like an insult. So it's perfect.
This is shaping up to be an embarrassment of epic proportions for CFG and, to me, would be the definitive proof that they have entirely lost interest in this project.
Will make Lampardgate look like a walk in the park.
