Superdraft 2015 Mega-thread

Got to be frank this draft stuff is foreign to me. You know where you are paying massive amounts of money for players.
Very american... luckily it is on its last leg because it doesn't fit soccer. Lots of the better players stayed in school, signed with MLS as homegrown players or went to Europe.

I'm wondering how much the hair had to do with that pick? In any case, welcome!

Seems like a good pick. We definitely need more bodies at striker, and he's got potential. He's also a great distributor, with 10 G, 12 A in 21 games last year. He should play perfectly off of Villa and provide a big, holding target up front.

He'll likely rotate in with Mullins at first, between the two one of them should step up and take hold of the role.

Not too familiar with college players. Does anyone have a report on Shelton and Brandt? Thanks.

My recap from today's 2015 MLS SuperDraft:

Although roughly 1 out of every 4 SuperDraft selections gets cut from his team within the first year of his contract, I believe both of these guys have a decent chance of surviving. Mainly because we are an expansion team and depth is key but also because Khiry could be a star, if he stays healthy, and Brandt's versatility is rare.

--- Khiry Shelton's Highlights(Short)

--- Connor Brandt's Highlights

wonder who the best remaining picks are, del campo is deff one. Hoilett is another good option. And shawn Mclaws is a good right back option. And idk if aaron simmons was taken? but he is a good option as well for center back cover.
