It's hard to get excited and post about a team that continues to shit the bed every game. Throw in the fact that they're pretty much out of the playoffs and the remainder of the games are pointless, it's hard to give a fuck right now. Only us hardcore fans bother with checking back.

Those complaining that they've stopped posting because of all the complaints...

Complaining about fans complaining on a public sports forum is like complaining that the sky is blue.

What's really going to fun is when we all get the emails to renew our season tickets. Lets hope they haven't gotten ballsy and raised the prices.

I attended the Chalk Talk workshop on August 29. Before it started, an informal survey was done. We were asked to raise our hands those planning to renew their STH. I guess the guy was very happy to see a lot of raised hands. Then he asked even if the price was raised. At this , not many hands went up. then he asked what would it make us decide. Some of the participants said that it depended of what would be given to sweeten the deal. In closing the survey he said that prices may go up. Maybe a dollar per game per seat but they were working out the details on how much it would be increased.

I don't know if we have any leverage on this but it wont be a bad idea to call them and let them know how you feel.
I did .I felt that If they really appreciate Founding members we should be rewarded for being loyal and taking the plunge on a new team and in the good and bad times we have stood by the team. The stadium attendance is consistens over 0ver 20k attendance on every home game. I believe that was something the former Metrostars/ Red Bulls never achieved on the Meadowlands.

which delta section are you in? 221b is pretty good and the net only covers like 1/4 of the field so you're not looking through it the whole time, though i hardly notice it anymore.
