Somewhere from one-third to one-half of the supporters at Bhoys/Italians last night had NYCFC gear on, so a nice showing from our fan base.
Ill start slightly before ET so u get the whole picture... Basically stockade got a red card in the 89th minute. First half of ET was still 2-2. Then RR banged in a goal early into the second half of ET and stockade fell apart.

Yeah, there’s only two things that will result in a blowout in a short period of time. A red card. Or Patrick Vieira naively sticking to his tactics.
After tonight's results continue the exodus of NY and New England lower league clubs from the competition, it's looking very likely we'll be in a 4th round draw with both the Revolution and RB in our 4-team pot. The logical 4th entry would be Elm City Express if they survive another round, but they have a tough matchup drawn away to Charleston for round 3.
Third Round action continues tonight with a full slate of matches.
The Fourth Round draw occurs tomorrow where we'll find out who our opponent will be.
Our Fourth Round matches are scheduled for Wednesday, June 6. We face Orlando at home on Saturday, June 2nd. And then Atlanta at home on Saturday, June 9th at 12:30 PM.
To have a more favorable opponent in the Fourth Round, I'll be rooting for the more northeastern teams tonight.

I understand wanting to give stuver a start. But with our weekend lineup from both callups and 3 match week vs rivals, i think we need to leave Sean John in there to have our best chance to win. I’d even let stuver start round 5 if we have a deeper lineup in front of him
Round 5 is Wednesday, June 20. Our next match is Sunday, June 24 vs. Toronto.
Still, our Costa Ricans will be missing due to World Cup duty.
Well, all of the northeastern teams have lost. I think we'll be facing the Red Bulls again just based on regionality. Maybe New England. Hopefully it's a home game, wherever it may be.
Yankee Stadium is available on the 6th. No games between Thursday, May 31 and Tuesday, June 12.
Notably, our opponents in our match after the USOC, Atlanta United play a heck of a schedule...
