Me and a bunch of buddies plan on going to Bronx Ale House before heading back down to the stadium. I haven't been there so I can't speak on it personally but it looks like a cool spot.

It is a fantastic spot. Best burger in the neighborhood, easily better than Piper's Kilt. And the beer prices are solid, great selections for only a dollar or two more than you would pay for Sam Adams at the other local joints. As much as I want to carry the torch for old neighborhood standbys over newcomers they make it hard.

Only problem (besides the lack of buy-backs) is that it is always super crowded, even on weekdays. If it wasn't for that they would be a great candidate for a pub partner.

I think the atmosphere will be fine throughout the stadium; good times will be had by all. Do you have concerns about the 300s?

I believe it will be rally towels because the club already announced they will provide rally towels at some point. I'm appreciative of any promotion -- variety of promotions and the quality of them are what make a difference.

Is this a little over 5 miles from Yankee stadium or is it closer? (I like to be able to walk to the stadium and five miles is a bit much for me.)

Food is solid for a stadium, but it's expensive as shit. Be prepared to drop at least $100 on food and drinks. I don't drink much beer so can't comment on that.
