You're getting excited about someone who is 38 years old possibly coming to NYCFC? That's like getting exited that your favorite NBA team just signed Manu Ginobli (38) or Tim Duncan (39). Just because they are playing well now doesn't mean that they will be playing well in a season or two. I'd prefer us to sign someone that we can count on to produce for the team over an extended period of time. At 38 years old we'd be lucky to get a full season or two out of this guy.

As a New York Knicks fan, I'd be thrilled to have them both.

I'm sure large European clubs like CSKA Moscow or Barcelona would be equally as thrilled.
