Everyone keeps saying lightning.
The thing on the NYCFC jersey is a spark.

Yes, I'm being contrary but also if it is Third Rail inspired then third rails give off sparks, not lightning.

Or maybe it is an homage to Tesla coils. They give off a lot of sparks. He spent most of his professional and business career in NY, after all. Gonna need an explainer.

Again, this is only my opinion and it is correct.

Lightning is electricity. Third rails carry electricity. Kumbaya.

i would have disliked the design if it were all blue and white too. it's not the colors.. it's the design. but again, i need to see the full kit.

color is still wanted, design is bad though, at least not my liking. i would of preferred the boring plain orange instead.

I prefer our wild and wacky orange kit to this. This looks like every orange training kit.
