It hurts just to see the words Red Bull Arena on our schedule. Even RBA just sucks.

35-year-old who had 2 goals in the Bundesliga last year and hasn't been a consistent starter for years. That is not a good DP signing.
Their use of "star" is interesting. He's a great locker room personality, but using a DP spot on a guy that's almost always been a backup striker and is now 35YO is very interesting. Miss having him at Bayern for his personality but he also hasn't had a club since early summer. Hasn't played a game since May 4, 2024. Out of 32 games in 23/24 when he was available, he played over 60' only seven times. Three of those came at the end of the season when the trophy was already in Leverkusen's sights.
He was still really good with Bayern a couple years ago in limited minutes. Big guy though, 6'3" or so, and he knows how to score. He could be a physical presence for them if he has anything left in the tank.
But a DP? Agreed, it seems like a waste.
Yeah, and even though he's a known name among soccer fans, he's not a needle mover in terms of getting any sort of material additional interest in the team.

For sure. They could have -- and probably should have -- done a lot better.
I want to note that I got beef and chicken empanadas at their famous empanadas stand at RBA that were filled with potatoes, not meat.

Don't want either one to ever win a cup. In preference of order of elimination, Red Bulls first and then Nashville takes out Philadelphia

Watching MLS 360 after the sexy win in Chicago, and we are watching Portland-NJRB live and Portland score a beautiful goal just as Sasha, BWP, and Dax are talking about the RB playoff streak being in jeopardy! But the linesman inexplicably raises the offside flag. Replay shows it was level, but VAR won't overturn the on-field call, and all the ex-Red Bulls in studio agree that they got away with one. 
I thought it was a goal. The defender's left foot played him on.
