Copa America - Chile 2015

Next year is the first time Copa is being hosted outside of S.A. It's for the 100 year anniversary...I've read that it's also a test to see the response and if it is wildly successful, it may be a vision of the future. Which would be very cool. I bet it is very popular here and if the U.S. has a good showing...we will see it again. But with the recent FIFA indictments there's some problems now. Check it out, just search Copa 2016 and you'll see a lot of the debate and what it's all about.

That is very interesting. One pet peeve I have is that the USA has declined/ rejected or turned down invitations to participate and this is why in the last 10 -15 years has not been invited again.
In my opinion, the best coaches the US has had has been Bora Mulitinovich , Steve Sampson and now Klinsman.
Under Bora and Sampson the US played its most exciting games, The U.S. national team's best performance in Copa America came in 1995 in Uruguay when they finished fourth.
Under Arena tenure it was the most boring( I only watched to support the team) and US National Team Org. declined invites to participate. Just look at Mexico, how much they have advanced in FIFA's rating its been because they have participated in the last 20+ years in Copa America, playing against the best teams in the planet.

I see that you are new to the magic of Ray Hudson. Buckle up, as it's a tricky ride.
The GOAT of announcers. Let's all take a moment to soak up one of his finest moments:

I for one will be catching as many games as possible and putting up the volume to catch every call by Ray.

as if we couldn't already tell, Mexico is fielding a much weaker "B-team" in the Copa America. They played to an uninspired 0-0 draw against Bolivia last night. Both teams fired a whopping 1 shot on goal.

Argentina 2 Paraguay 2

Again. What a game! Just watching it in DVR just as exciting as today's game at Yankee stadium

He is a pale imitation of the late great Sid Waddell. The original and best RIP.

Mexico is winning 2 - 1 against Chile

30 mins. - Great game
The game finished 3-3! It was the most exciting game of the tournament up to this point!

Unfortunately I was forced to listen to it on the TuneIn Radio app (worst commentators I've ever heard! They spent so much time celebrating the first Mexico goal that they missed the buildup to Chile's goal a few minutes later...) because I lost BeIn Sports on my tv. It just mysteriously vanished from my list of channels.
