Chanot seemed to be practicing fully. He was involved in a pretty intense soccer tennis matchup with him and Jack harrison, vs Brillant and Matarrita. Chanot didn't seem limited at all. He is by far the most muscular dude on the team, he is BIG in person.
Mendoza didn't practice much, but was out there. Frank came out later and wasn't limping, but wasn't going full out either. Connor Brandt said he might be a month away from full practicing.
All the players came over to sign after practice, including Claudio and Patrick Vieira. I told patrick great job this year and he stopped and said, we are not done, we need all of your help but we have more to accomplish this year. It was great.
Most of the full practicing was going on farther away to be able to see many details, but there was a 4v4 game close to us. Mix really stood out to me (obviously biased) and others were commenting on his touch, passing and vision. Its a tragedy he's not playign for us.
Pretty awesome day when world cup winners are two feet away from you.

My 8 year was very upset this morning when he found out I was going without him so I felt even worse when I saw your son there! On the plus, I did get my (his) scarf signed by every single player and Coach V.
I asked Maxime how he was feeling and he said strong.
Told Eirik that he had had a great game on Friday and he was beaming with joy and said he was very pleased to get some game-time.
I asked Matta how Russia was and he said Perfect!
Lineker is out shooting something for UK TV. He was interviewing some of the players and Coach V. He interviewed Lamps yesterday. I know because he told me!

I'm guessing that he is taking a short holiday during the international break, since it's a week when he's not required to broadcast Match of the Day on the weekend. At a guess, either he contacted someone (Lampard?) and asked to come to check out training or the club heard he was in the area and invited him.

It was a third rail event. Yeah, I think every player came over. I am so glad I went. Such a unique time to get this kind of access to players that would be mobbed every second in any other country.

Great report all around, but this is the best news in there from my perspective. Getting him back and playing for the playoffs would be a tremendous lift and make us a much better team. I watch him and he's sort of Brillant 2.0, a bit bigger, faster and more technical, and you add the three together the cumulative upgrade is significant. I would happily take the two of them as our CBs heading into the playoffs.
A Nice pass it was.Great event today. Seems the players really appreciated the encouragement from all of us today. Let's see this carry-through on Sunday.
Hint: I was the guy who passed the ball to Brillant.
