Looks like they're still holding out to see if Citi Field opens up.
C'mon you Dodgers!!!

At this point, it looks like RBA is basically off the table.

If Dodgers win, obviously Citi Field is available -- but Yankee Stadium would also be available because the Yankees' final home game would be Wednesday, Oct. 30.

If the Mets win, Citi Field is available because the Mets' final home game would be Wednesday, October 30.

I don't think either team would schedule us for the 2nd if they are in the series. A single rain out bumps us.

Maybe if the Mets win MLS moves our game to the 3rd. I find it hard to believe MLS would be OK with a lightly-attended playoff game which could be so easily avoided.

Where can I opt out of the playoffs? We got an email stating we can opt out from October 20th-October 23rd, but I can find anything. I just want to make sure I didn’t miss an email, link or instructions.

I refuse to give this team more of my money

It seems as if the promised Oct 20 has not come yet (at least in my case as well). They are likely still figuring out the Citi piece.

Can't bull shit about it, I'm gonna wait to ssee what they do in game one before looking to pick up tix for game 2.

but what if they bomb game 1 but completely destroy fcc in game 2? you'd be missing out on a wild night. the one thing going for this team is that they don't give up. they will keep attacking. unfortunately, they don't always keep focused on defending and that's been one of our flaws this season. no shade on risa, but i hope we can find a left footed, natural CB in the off season. Even if he doesn't have the same passing range. a solid partnership in the back to organize our defense is more important, i think.

I can not express how absolutely asinine it is that the league scheduled our home game for the same evening as Game 7 of the World Series involving a New York team. The World Series schedule was already done and the Yankees advanced the night the regular-season ended, so they should have known about the conflict.

Not only is our game not on regular TV, but now it's going up against a potential Game 7 of the World Series involving the Yankees. Just unimaginable stupidity and the perfect way to ensure our game gets no attention in the general NY sports media and even less attention among casual fans who are also baseball fans. Baseball is king in this town, and this game should have been scheduled for the following day. We've hosted playoff games on the same day as the Marathon before. It should have happened again.

Maybe the league gets lucky and the World Series doesn't go 7 games. But if it does, scheduling a 5pm game the same night as Game 7 of the World Series is just so idiotic from MLS. Are they trying to have as little attention as possible on their postseason?

doesn't matter yanks in 4

Looks like there's a lot of interest in this match. I was just over at Ticketmaster and I see they opened up a few of the 400 sections.

Have these sections ever been opened at Citi Field before? I can't recall.

There were some open in the Hudson River Derby, but those were in a different part of the park.

When I went and looked yesterday, there were only resale tickets up there, which was a bit strange.
