New York State Of Mind For The Closing Minutes Of A Win?

Plus the only problem I see with rap is that it's a polarizing type of music. That is, I'm sure about half the stadium would love it, and the other half would hate it. Something like the Billy Joel song won't be hated by many people, I imagine.

Right, "upper class" people aren't fond of "urban" music.
Has nothing to do with class, just preference of music! there are a lot of people, all classes, that don't like rap. It's the same thing with country music.

I think it would just be harder to sing a rap song (like Nas) in unison, also everyone might not know it. Something like Empire State of Mind or New York State of Mind everyone knows as classic (or modern classic) New York.

I love the idea of that instrumental being a part of a lot of things. That's really awesome. I also think Billy Joel is an amazing choice for the end of game song.

+1 for Billy Joel.

Everyone loves it. The crowd will know it and the whole stadium will be rocking.

It's a perfect way to further immortalize one of New York's favorite all time drunks.
