Better review your "core" again…having reviewed the Orlando game. Villa hasn't' score a "goal" from play since when? Looked terrible…back to the old Via…shaking his head, striking the ball with the power of a high school player and always a step late or knocked off the ball by the defense. Poku, Khiry and TMac had "zero" impact on the game and didn't impress anyone. On the other hand Mix played extremely well in the deep middle of the field, contributed both offensively and defensively…best player on the night (Jacobsen was invisible)! To say the least the core as you describe it needs not only some adjustments but several additions.

You don't judge your young core based upon one game. Both Poku and TMac had very productive seasons overall. Mix looked really good when played centrally. Khiry is a raw rookie with a huge upside. Throw in Mullins and this is a good group of young players to build on.

I agree that you can't judge players on "one" game.
