Great news, some extra wing depth, adds more speed and doesn't cost an Intl slot.
I believe the answer to your question lies in the picture that is in the post which you quoted.Has he played in any of the friendlies?

It seems hard not to like given age, cost, no int'l and position. Basically a call option on guy with some potential is areas where we are still thin in terms of proven talent. Do you think he contributes this year though? I haven't really seen him, so I don't have a view. For example, odds he gets 500+ minutes?I'm a big fan of this move. He's quick and showed great touch in the limited amount I saw him play. Not to mention he's 19 and doesn't take an international spot. Should fit in well.
with RJ being injured and possibly having iraola missing some games due to his age we might see him, worst case scenario he'll be on the field against the cosmos in the US open cupIt seems hard not to like given age, cost, no int'l and position. Yeah, but did any of them ever play at RSL? I rest my case....My favorite part of all these acquisitions is that we have not added a single slow poke outside of maybe Brillant where speed most times is irrelevant. Matarrita, Martinez, Lopez, and Gomez being added to a healthy Taylor and more mature, fully fit Shelton is a ton of pace for a squad to have.
You never know, how many people saw Poku doing as well this year before last year?It seems hard not to like given age, cost, no int'l and position. What does resident mean in terms of not counting as an international? Jack Harrison went to school and played his summers with Manhattan SC, so he was a resident of North Carolina and New York.

"Two sources say that Harrison has indeed been ruled out for the entire season, which kicks off this weekend; Vieira maintains that no such judgment has been made and pledged that his prized rookie will “have a part to play” in MLS this year."
I hope Brandon Vincent doesn't turn out the way they think he will.http://www.soccerwire.com/blog-post...miss-entire-2016-season-due-to-pelvic-injury/
