Same Boring Frank Lampard Thread 2.0

England is funny. When you say net spend, does that include wages? For instance, the Rickie Lambert move cost 30 Million - I think 5 Million in transfer fee and 25 Million in wages.
As a rule of thumb we tend to class nett spend as the difference between incoming and out going transfer fees.there is no way of knowing how much each player earns in the UK.the newspaper's like to have a guess at players wages especially with city who in every article are referred to as money bags .where as utd peddle the lie every player has come through their academy when in reality they over pay for most players and put out the most expensive teams ever seen in prem history.

Must be a real hoot with all those security cameras watching you 24/7!

Side note: I just discovered that England has the most security cameras per capita in the world.

Guess you've never seen National Treasure 2

Their net spend was still over 50 million. They won nothing. That is not a good season. Like I said, Chelsea had a terrible season last year, as did City this year. Its all about expectations.

It would be interesting to see how you worked out it was over £50m when UEFA had capped nett spending at £50M max plus a wage freeze as part of the FFP scam. By the way, you can send back the money you owe us too from the fine.

Frankie boy probably was not a stats and figures success but he was an influential member of the squad who worked hard and helped a lot of fellow professionals.
For a fledgling club like NYCFC that side of what he will bring could never be quantified but his teammates will understand and learn.

Can he train with the club before then?

He'll be eligible to play for us nearly a full year after we announced that WE signed him.

And I hope the Manchester crew don't find that truth to be offensive.
It wasn't MCFC that announced that Lampard was signed for NYCFC.

Mental math from the figures that I could remember. Don't think I'm too far off though, and not even sure where I would check.

It seems you want to blame MCFC because NYCFC lied about the Lampard signing. Look, I was pissed off at the time but there's no sense in holding a grudge.
Hmm, just joined today, only two posts and this troll post is one of them.

Which troll is this? Resurrected from the dead or is it a current troll masquerading?

Place your bets.

Troll post? Huh? You seem paranoid. I was just explaining my take on the conversation. Whoa, what a way to welcome a new user to the site.
