Chanot suspended. Maxi & Medina can earn reductions. Sweat, Maxi, & Taty are all in danger of suspensions.
Last night one of the announcers said that Ring's yellow meant her would miss Colorado. I was pretty certain that was wrong and he is still two away. I thought maybe they neglected to account for the reduction but that does not even explain their error.

The "league website" says Ring has 4 yellow cards. They clearly aren't counting the good behavior reduction he received. If he's suspended for this match because of yellow card accumulation, the league is rigged.
What a league when I keep better records of its own players and rules in my spare time.
The Yellow Cards shown on the game-by-game stats for Ring at the site below do not match Adam's chart. They also show him with 5 cards and no reduction, so I am not quite sure what is up.

ETA: The difference appears to be whether he got a card during the 5/25 game against Chicago. If he did, then he is suspended against Colorado.
Wonder who will get the armband this Saturday night. My bet with Ring suspended would have been Chanot, but he's gone too. So I would perhaps guess Johnson for this one? Maybe Maxi, and low chance for Tinnerholm, can't see anyone else who should get it.
With Ring out, it would be great if Sands can make it back for this one.
Both Sands and Chanot missed the North Carolina game. Maxi wore the captain's band.

Sucks we won't have Ring or Chanot. Hope Sands is back and hope to see Haak come in for Ring, though I'm guessing we will probably see Ofori. Would love to see GMS make his first MLS start though I don't think he's match fit yet and will take another game or two like Heber. My lineup prediction is:
heber, taty, maxi, ofori, parks, callens, ibeagha, tinnerholm, sweat, rocha, johnson. I think Mata will ride the bench as punishment for his giveaway. If sands is back, then ibeagha will sit. Sweat would play the center back with sands and callens and rocha would play the left wing back like he did in USOC (and pretty good at it too). I just worry with Rocha and Sweat, they will get burned with colorado's pace on the counter.
