It’s Mothers’ Day and NYCFC will look to respond after a pitiful game in New Jersey.

Use this game to banish some negativity and get our asses back on track after fucking up massively against NJ. If we humble these cocky expansion bastards at their shiny new home, we can start to focus back on winning the SS and MLS Cup.

Cmon you boys in blue!

Think Vieira will change? No excuses this time. I'm pretty sure the top dogs aren't happy with him regarding the derby games
Pretty sure they have no response because it’s a heartless organization that doesn’t actually feel the soul of its fans.

We've bounced back fairly well in the past. We were undefeated in MLS against them last season. I agree that the organization can be pretty plastic at times, but they do take results very seriously.

After the game on Saturday, was waiting for a friend to meet us at one of the gates and saw Matarrita walking out with what I'm assuming was his family. I yelled out over at him and he came by. I asked him when he'd be back and he said next week, FWIW. Fingers crossed.

LAFC will be on 3 days' rest after hosting Minnesota on Wednesday.

NYCFC will be on a full 7 days' rest, but will have traveled cross country.

based on LA Galaxy games they tend to spend all week prior to game...maybe they leave today.

We don't lose back to back games. We can hold some confidence knowing that. LAFC is good and the energy will be high but it won't be enough. We got this one.

i assume the place will be packed....but i saw during the game vs dallas was like half empty....its their second game. in new stadium, so its a bit surprising
