Good for him. He was a fucking menace to play against, as we all too well know in our early years as a club. Wonder if he will start coaching/working in an FO over here with MLS or over in England.

Thank Dog. He will never score against us again.BWP officially retires...
All of the below are true IMO:This take is something (guy lives in Jersey and is a RBNJ fan, enough said). Apparently it’s Garber’s fault for starting NYCFC as the reason why RBNJ is not supported enough and “diluting the product” in the NYC metro area.
All of the below are true IMO:
New York is a difficult market for MLS.
MetroStars never solved it.
Red Bull hasn’t solved it.
MLS handicapped itself bringing in two sports conglomerates whose focus is elsewhere.
There might not be better alternative local ownership options.
If there were solid local ownership they might have a better chance at solving it but that’s not automatic.
CFG hasn’t solved it.
CFG at least seems to care more about winning here than RB does, but that’s not enough.
New York might not be a two team soccer market.
If NY were to have one team it can't play in a spot that cannot be conveniently reached from Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx, and that matters more than the political jurisdiction.
The team in Harrison would probably improve the chances for itself, NYCFC and MLS if it rebranded as New Jersey, but the foreign sports conglomerate has no interest in owning a New Jersey branded team. But even if they did, they still wouldn't solve NYC.
Go back to New Jersey, Mark
If NYCFC wins CCL without facing Liga MX teams, its because Liga MX teams wasnt good enough to go through isnt it?

Holding onto the one piece of glory they have against NYCFC that soothes their battered egos? What is their social media team doing?
