Man City Discussion

Uhh.... they just lost to Burnley. What the...

Due credit to George Boyd and Burnley, but how the top scoring team lost to the team that's given up the most goals...

Frank subbed in and hit a free kick within goal scoring range straight into the wall.

Think pellets has been a dead man walking for a couple of weeks that probably the final nail ,wouldn't be surprised to see viera in tempary charge after Wednesday.
But being city wouldn't be surprised to see them win at barca now

Rubbish game for us on the weekend! Great away day though! Now getting packed for Barca away! Gonna b a great trip.

Typical City to be sure. That said I remain ever hopeful. Ever supporting and true to my Boys in Blue to the final whistle.

So pretty clear from these two matches that if City want to compete with Barca, there's a lot of work to do. They pretty much were better than us at every position.

I have to think this awful performance convinces City to sell Yaya and a few others. Thoughts?

I haven't watced City much this year, but watching today I have to ask is Aguero always this selfish? He hasn't played particularly well, at all, and seems to be playing very selfish. I understand he probably wants to get a goal, but he's trying way too hard.

He tends to take the shot, but Man City this year particularly has been dump to Aguero and depend on him to make magic. He's always been able to make a key pass/assist, but this year with the striker struggles from everyone else he's been more "selfish"

That's kind of what I thought, plus I figured that the nature of the game today played a part in that.

He's getting more selfish each game ,to me watching him at the momenthis body language looks like he's not a happy bunny

Maybe he wants to go to Barcelona;)
It was always. Said he was using city as a stepping stone to go to real Madrid as athletico would never sell direct to real.don't forget also barca have a transfer ban at the moment

If he's intent on leaving, would you do a swap for Benzema?

No. Even Benzema plus money.

I would make a bid for Bale though and i would look at getting Kolorov plus one or two others like Jovetic who interest Juventus for Pogba.

Pogba looks more doable. Plus him scoring the winning goal in the manchester derby would be sweet.
