I hope you mean this in jest. Mods deleted a lot of things regarding Goya a few months ago. Just talk about the players, the fans, and the food, not political here...Sportswashing Goya.

Just came here to post this but you were 30 seconds ahead of me. Also no, not crying at all. Nope.I'm not crying, you're crying

The end where Callens says he wasn't going to play and then joking about his own celebration was great.@3:37 - I just noticed with this angle that the ball is levitating on on a magnetic disc over what I am assuming are electromagnets inside the pedestal. Pretty cool. Surprised I never noticed that before. I always thought it simply sat on top of the blue pedestal.
@6:20. How is that not even a yellow card?!@3:37 - I just noticed with this angle that the ball is levitating on a magnetic disc over what I am assuming are electromagnets inside the pedestal. It's funny you say that (and now I know what you meant in an earlier exchange), but this video angle was where I figured out why it wasn't a foul. It's shoulder to shoulder. I couldn't see that before, and thought there was some arm-pushing involved. Refs often let players get away with blatant takedowns as long as it's pure shoulder to shoulder. It can be a bit much. I get why S-to-S is protected because you have to let 2 guys running together tussle a bit and it's OK if strength wins. Here Franco played to knock Taty down and did it smartly. Refs gonna let that go most of the time, even though it feels wrong because of intent.@6:20. How is that not even a yellow card?!
I posed this question earlier.@6:20. How is that not even a yellow card?!
Live, from where i was sitting, and I was in line with the play when it happened, you could see that Taty was ahead of him. He didn't just shoulder to shoulder, he straight up pushed him by crashing into him from behind. Taty gets around him. It's funny you say that (and now I know what you meant in an earlier exchange), but this video angle was where I figured out why it wasn't a foul. It's shoulder to shoulder. We've seen that play called a foul many times this season, but for some reason it's not here. It's not DOGSO because Taty didn't have possession, but I still think this should have been at least a yellow.
If anyone has a playback of the game, I'd lose to see this moment from the tv camera too.I could not see live what happened because guzan's body was in the way. The angle in the BTS video is great and I think it was a correct non-call. as mgarbowski pointed out, it is clearly shoulder to shoulder and taty didn't win the challenge. Franco looked to see where taty was but that is what he should be doing as a smart defender. When the tackle (shoulder to shoulder) happened, they were both looking at the ball. I don't even recall taty or anybody else on our team complaining. it was all play on and the only complaints seemed to be from the fans.
I don't agree that taty is ahead of franco here. they go shoulder to shoulder pretty clearly. if taty were ahead of franco, you would see part of franco's shoulder/arm disappear behind taty's body and that does not happen in this angle.

In my view, totally fair play. Some refs might call it and I would think that would be an incorrect call.
Thanks. It does look fair, though if it's not too hard, do you think you could maybe send it as a video? I'd like to see the whole play as it gives more context to the single screenshot.

Thanks, I appreciate you taking the time to do that!give it a few mins for youtube to finish processing the HD
